OATH OF OFFICE

EXPOSED

“...do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God's throne; or by the earth, for it is his footstool.” (Matthew 5:34)

The judges of the United States take an oath before they take on their roles in their respective jurisdictions. However, the righteousness of God, to which all men are accountable, will demonstrate how even remotely taking such an oath is both and offense and treason against The Lord Yeshua and The Kingdom of God. The Royal Priest/ Judge Hunter Greene of Elohim breaks down the oath, explaining its violations, ambiguity, and insufficiencies, giving the appearance of a trustworthy document and oath, but is at best a measure of deceit, taken in pride and ignorance, to take on a role of a judge WITHOUT the authority of The True And Righteous Judge.

28 U.S. Code § 453 - Oaths of justices and judges

Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office:

“I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

“I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) ..."

Swearing, which is often done on the Bible, is actually prohibited in the Bible. “...do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God's throne; or by the earth, for it is his footstool.”(Matthew 5:34) And any affirmation that is taken should not be only on the basis of intent and assumption, without the strictest penalty attached for one taking such a high office over the people.

“that I will administer justice…”

In order to administer justice, it must be clearly defined. And by whom it is defined is of utmost importance. TRUE JUSTICE comes from God, and therefore the one taking the oath must know what the justice of God is, because anything short of that is iniquity. And God does not permit ignorance as an excuse, as The Lord Yeshua makes The Holy Spirit available to all, by His grace, for the administration of righteousness and justice.

“without respect to persons…”

The first violation of this is in the fact that mere men have elected themselves (or being elected of others) as qualified to perform such duties of administering justice, which is false based on lack of understanding of what TRUE JUSTICE IS and by whom it comes. Without the righteousness of God and being led by His Spirit, one CANNOT KNOW what justice is or how it is to be administered.

“Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; Mercy and truth go before Your face.” (Psalm 89:14)

“To do righteousness and justice Is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.” (Proverbs 21:3)

“...and do equal right to the poor and to the rich…”

Neither the poor nor the rich will benefit from what is right, if right is not according to God’s righteousness.

“...and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties…”

Unless such a person is seeking to be faithful unto God, the duties performed are of the devil, cleverly disguised by the deceitfulness of human will and approval.

“...incumbent upon me as under the Constitution and laws of the United States.”

The problem with being under the Constitution and laws of the United States is it blinds an individual from the conviction and judgment of God that will ensue, with or without knowledge, based on the written word of God that is readily accessible to people in The United States. And God’s justice will not sleep forever.

“So help me God.”

Almost every place where I could find this oath, the comma after “me” and “before” God is missing, which means that the help is not requested of God. Furthermore, the help that God WILL in fact afford someone will be ONLY in truth and righteousness— HIS righteousness— which may and often will go TOTALLY against the Constitution and laws of the United States, which makes this an ambiguous and arbitrary statement.

“But let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No. ' For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.” (Matthew 5:37)

Therefore, how could anyone taking the oath be trusted? And if such a person were trustworthy, it would be on the basis of the leading of The Holy Spirit of God.

“It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.” (Psalm 118:8)

“He brings the princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth useless.” (Isaiah 40:23)

Therefore, anyone who takes this oath is guilty of treason against The Lord Yeshua and The Kingdom of God, without respect of persons, for willfully taking an oath against the administration of total righteousness as it pertains to The Kingdom of God, the sovereign and authoritative government of The Lord Yeshua.

Neither the constitution of the United States or sub jurisdictions (states and municipalities) their laws, statutes, codes, oaths, or other affirmations have authority or jurisdiction OVER AND ABOVE The Kingdom of God and His righteousness.

It should also be noted that The God of The Bible, never gave His judgments to be carried out by those selected by the people. God’s prophets, kings, and judges (God’s three branches of government) were all selected by God, and were the checks and balances of each other.

The prophets anointed and advised the kings, according to God’s righteousness.

The kings ruled, according to God’s righteousness.

The judges carried out judgments, war, restitution, and vengeance, according to God’s righteousness.

The priests attended to the service of the Lord according to God’s righteousness.

And if anyone of these four individuals violated their office duties, they were severely reprimanded by God, some even with death. But know that NONE of GOD’S rulers were chosen by the people. They were all chosen by God. And so it is today. While The United States elects leaders, God raises up His own. God has not given away His righteous authority just because some men decided they would start a nation, make and sign documents, and agree on it.

Oaths of office for other public offices are about the same, with a few minor changes, such as clauses of “to the best of my ability and understanding.” This again, is very arbitrary and misleading, especially considering what ability and understanding one might be seeking. Would this be the ability and understanding of The Word of God, Spirit of God, Kingdom of God, and righteousness of God? If not, at its inception, it violates justice, is harmful to the people who stand to benefit or suffer under its implementation.
